Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in IT infrastructure and networking with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Windows/Linux servers, Cisco networking, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), virtualization, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and data center operations.
• Oversee enterprise networks, servers, cloud environments, virtualization platforms, and security systems.
• Support manufacturing-related IT systems including ERP, MES, SCADA, and OT connectivity.
• Drive infrastructure upgrades and digitalization projects, vendor management, and technology implementation.
• Lead and mentor the IT team while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and audit regulations.

• Lead and mentor the IT team while ensuring compliance with corporate standards, cybersecurity requirements, and audit regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and networking, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Windows/Linux servers, Cisco networking, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), virtualization, and cybersecurity.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech production environments is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, CISM, VCP, ITIL, or PMP will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
