- IT Infrastructure Management: Lead and manage overall IT operations across the site, maintaining servers, networks, firewalls, Wi-Fi, storage, backup systems and end-user devices to ensure high system availability and minimal production downtime.
- Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery: Ensure proper data backup, disaster recovery and IT business continuity arrangements are in place, regularly tested and fit for purpose at all times.

- IT Projects & Digitalisation: Lead IT infrastructure upgrades, system implementations, automation and digitalisation projects that enhance manufacturing efficiency and operational capability.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Manage IT vendors, service providers, software licences and maintenance contracts; prepare and manage the site's IT operating and capital expenditure budgets.
- Group IT collaboration: Work closely with the Group IT Manager from the Singapore Head Office on Group-wide IT standards, cybersecurity initiatives and strategic IT projects.
- Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, mentor and develop the local IT team, providing guidance and performance management to build a high-performing IT function.
