You will recruit and onboard, manage performance systems, design compensation packages, lead training, handle employee relations, ensure policy compliance, and guide HR team in alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience, manufacturing setting preferred.
• Degree in HR or related field required.
• Proficiency in English for diverse workforce and authorities.
