Job summary

ACCA Careers seeks a Finance Manager to oversee financial accounting, manufacturing costing, inventory, and management reporting within a manufacturing environment. You will drive robust financial controls and improve closing processes.

From partnering with operations to strengthen cost visibility to delivering timely financial insights, you will lead month-end close, budgeting, treasury, and intercompany activities while ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA or equivalent would be highly advantageous.
• Strong experience in financial accounting, costing, and management reporting in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial accounting activities including general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing and ensure timely reporting.
• Review balance sheet accounts and ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Prepare monthly P&L and balance sheet with clear commentary.
• Oversee inventory-related accounting and ensure accuracy in records.
• Partner with Warehouse, Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain to strengthen controls.
