Job summary

Upright Talent is seeking a finance leader in manufacturing to oversee costing, budgeting and analysis across core production processes. You will partner with Operations to improve cost efficiency and reinforce financial controls.

The ideal candidate holds ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent, with hands-on costing and financial analysis experience, ERP familiarity, and strong business partnering skills within a multinational manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in manufacturing finance, costing or financial control.
• Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing costing and financial analysis.
• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.

Ideal Candidates

• Solid experience in manufacturing finance, costing or financial control
• ACCA, CPA, MIA, CIMA or other professional accounting qualification is preferred
• Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing costing and financial analysis
• Exposure to industrial manufacturing is an advantage
• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, commercial and business partnering skills
