Job summary

Upright Talent is seeking a finance leader in manufacturing to oversee costing, budgeting and analysis across core production processes. You will partner with Operations to improve cost efficiency and reinforce financial controls.

The ideal candidate holds ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent, with hands-on costing and financial analysis experience, ERP familiarity, and strong business partnering skills within a multinational manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in manufacturing finance, costing or financial control.
• Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing costing and financial analysis.
• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, costing and manufacturing analysis.
• Manage costing across key manufacturing processes.
• Review production costs, variances and profitability.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Provide financial insights for business decisions.
• Oversee inventory controls and reconciliation.
• Work closely with Operations to improve cost efficiency.
• Strengthen financial controls across factory operations.
• Improve finance processes and ERP system usage.
• Support management on business performance and cost optimization.
• Manage insurance matters and support risk management activities.
