Job summary

MENANG NUSANTARA SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the manufacturing finance function, partnering with the Group CFO and manufacturing leadership to strengthen financial performance and operational discipline.

You will oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closes, drive product costing, manage working capital, and develop a high-performing Manufacturing Finance team across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA/ICAEW/MICPA).
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Manufacturing Finance team, including the Assistant Finance Manager.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closes for the Manufacturing segment.
• Drive product costing, standard vs actual costs, and variance analysis.
• Manage working capital, cash flow forecasting and liquidity with Group Finance.
• Coordinate internal/external audits, tax and statutory matters.
