Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. seeks a Finance Manager / Senior Management Accountant to ensure accurate financial information across a manufacturing and project environment. You will handle month‑end close, cost accounting, inventory, WIP, and milestone billing while partnering with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires 8–12 years of finance experience, strong Excel skills, and ability to drive process improvements in a lean, complex setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional qualifications preferred.
8–12 years of finance/accounting experience in manufacturing/project environment.
Hands‑on experience in cost accounting, inventory, WIP, and project costing.
Experience with milestone/percentage‑of‑completion revenue recognition and progress billing.
Strong end‑to‑end transactional knowledge across the full lifecycle.
Ability to communicate clearly with finance and non‑finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own and support the month‑end close process (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
Oversee AP/AR, bank reconciliations, cash flow, working capital and invoicing.
Manage project costing, inventory, WIP, and milestone revenue recognition.
Trace transactions end‑to‑end across multiple systems and maintain GL integrity.
Identify data quality issues and implement ERP/process improvements.
Collaborate with finance, project, procurement, engineering, and operations teams.
