Versatile Creative Plastic Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Finance Executive to manage accounting and cost-focused activities within a manufacturing environment. You will handle data entry, cost analysis, and journal postings while supporting monthly and year-end closings.

Applicants should have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting & Finance, with solid Excel/Word skills and factory experience. MACOLA exposure is a plus; you will collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate records and

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance.
Experience in Finance or Accounting preferred in manufacturing.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Responsabilités

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for production, consumption, and warehousing.
Support cost analysis by evaluating material usage and vendor pricing.
Monitor cost variations and investigate significant variances.
Prepare and post journal entries including accruals and reclassifications.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
Review transactions to ensure correct account codes and cost centers.
Maintain supporting documentation for journal entries and reconciliations.
Assist in preparing schedules for financial reporting, audits, and tax.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and records.
