Job summary

Nueratec Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Finance Executive to manage daily accounting, AP/AR, payroll support, and financial reporting in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will ensure accurate records and assist monthly close and budgeting processes.

Requires a Diploma/Bachelor in Finance/Accounting, at least 2 years' experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP/finance software. Competitive benefits and career development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years finance or accounting experience.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and Malaysian statutory requirements.
• Familiar with ERP systems, accounting software, and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Manage AP/AR activities and verify invoices.
• Conduct bank and account reconciliations.
• Produce monthly and management reports; assist month-end closing.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Assist payroll processing and verify payroll information.
