Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Kulim, Malaysia, is seeking a Test Handler Engineer to set up and qualify new test handlers for production, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements in throughput and reliability.

You will support preventive maintenance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure safety and quality requirements while applying 8D/DOE methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Must Have

Good to Have

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Semiconductor test handler platforms (e.g.,JHT, Cohu, Multitest, Advantest, Hontech, Seiko Epson).
• Knowledge of machine automation, motors, robotics, and vision systems
• Problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, SPC, FMEA, and DOE.
