Job summary

Radius is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Sales Advisor (Telematics) to join our Kuala Lumpur office. You will engage with Mandarin-speaking customers, sell telematics technology and fleet management, identify new clients, and drive revenue within the Malaysia market.

As part of a target-driven team, you will demonstrate products, manage relationships, and collaborate with operations to ensure client satisfaction and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a telesales role.
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined to follow the daily target driven structure (including good timekeeping).
• First-rate communications skills; demonstrating confidence.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to listen and articulate in all communication.
• Adapt well to a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell Telematics technology and fleet management into the Malaysia market.
• Identify, acquire, and manage new clients within the telematics sector.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships to generate additional revenue.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of telematics solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations and Post-Sales teams for seamless implementation.
• Drive sales performance by achieving targets, KPIs and revenue goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems.
