Job summary

Private Advertiser in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced Sales & Service Manager to lead the sales and service team. The role focuses on driving sales growth, business development, customer relationship management and service excellence.

You will manage key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Mandarin-speaking candidates are required for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Management, Sales & Service Management, Business Development or related leadership role.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, distribution or technical products preferred.
• Mandarin-speaking required for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and partners.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development plans to achieve sales targets.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales and service team to achieve performance objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and growth.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, visits, quotations, negotiations, closing and follow-up.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure excellent after-sales support and service delivery.
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline, and market trends; report to management.
