Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in surface treatment, manufacturing, or industrial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Manage and expand the company’s client portfolio, with a focus on developing new business opportunities in targeted industries.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handle customer complaints in coordination with the Quality Department to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for management.
• Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
