MACTION SDN. BHD. is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to help grow our executive training offerings for businesses and franchises in Kuala Lumpur.

You will drive telesales, engage prospects, present programs, and close deals to support our growth goals. The ideal candidate has proven sales experience in training or education services, excellent Mandarin language skills, and a hands-on, target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business/Marketing is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within training, education, or service-based industries.
• Must be able to speak Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).

Responsibilities

• Telesales & Closing: Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to follow up on enquiries, present executive training programs, and close sales.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Utilize effective sales strategies, scripts, and follow-up processes to improve conversion rates and drive revenue.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to encourage repeat enrollments, upsells, and referrals.
• Market & Business Growth Support: Assist in identifying new sales opportunities, exploring target markets, and supporting promotional initiatives.
• Sales Reporting & Pipeline Tracking: Monitor personal sales pipelines, prepare basic performance reports, and deliver regular sales updates.
