Job summary

TT Freight Group Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Marketing & Sales Manager to lead the Marketing team and support the Sales team with CRM and data analysis for potential and existing customers.

You will identify changes in customer trends and promote marketing initiatives to boost engagements, lead generation, and revenue opportunities. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and experience in logistics/warehousing is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRM system usage and maintenance for accurate customer engagement and pipeline data.
• Lead Marketing team to support Sales in profiling, lead tracking and visibility of sales conversions.
• Analyze customer and sales data to identify purchasing patterns, revenue opportunities, and growth areas.
• Provide insights to Sales on customer profiling, account development and sales planning.
• Monitor changes in customer behaviour and market demands to identify opportunities and risks.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across exhibitions and platforms to promote solutions and optimize results.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, website content, email marketing and other digital channels.
• Ensure marketing communications reflect the company’s brand and professional positioning.
• Prepare and manage Sales & Marketing budgets across campaigns and materials.
• Develop marketing materials, presentations, and case studies to clearly communicate services and solutions.
• Conduct market research and advise management on opportunities for growth.
