Job summary

The Lakehouse Cameron Highlands in Malaysia is seeking a Sales & Marketing Administration Executive who is fluent in Mandarin. You will provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing Department, Stage Pass membership, Business Centre and Marketing Communications functions.

Responsibilities include maintaining documents, preparing reports, drafting English business correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and assisting in travel agent contracts and sales

Qualifications

• Mandarin (spoken and written) required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with guests, clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing Department, Stage Pass Membership, Business Centre and Marketing Communications.
• Maintain organized filing system and handle departmental correspondence per hotel policies.
• Prepare daily news updates and monthly Sales & Marketing reports and assist with sales materials.
• Draft basic business correspondence in English; Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia as appropriate.
• Coordinate meetings, events, familiarization trips and promotional campaigns.
• Assist Sales with quotations, proposals and related documentation; backup for Stage Pass Officer when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and ensure accuracy of records.
• Attend walk-in guests and inquiries when required; support team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
