Job summary

EasyBiz is looking for a results-driven Sales & Account Manager to grow our customer base in Malaysia and Singapore. You will work from home in Johor Bahru (Singapore hours) and occasionally visit Singapore for customer demos, with travel costs covered.

The role emphasizes selling, setup, training, and ongoing support for small businesses using our AI-enabled platform. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales, strong Mandarin and English, and the ability to explain complex concepts

Qualifications

Fluent Mandarin and English, spoken and written.
2+ years in B2B sales, account management or SaaS customer success with small businesses.
Proven ability to explain complex things clearly to non-technical customers.
Self-troubleshooting mindset to identify issues before escalating to engineering.
Based in Johor Bahru or elsewhere in Malaysia, ready to travel to Singapore for visits.

Responsibilities

Sell by following up inbound leads, referrals and new prospects, and close deals.
Set up new customers in the system, configure products, prices, outlets and printers so they are live in week one.
Train customers via video, phone or in person in Mandarin or English.
Provide daily support, triage tickets and determine if issues are configuration or bug related.
Drive retention and growth by expanding accounts to new outlets and modules, feeding learnings into help centre content.
