In this full-time role, you will source suppliers, negotiate terms, process POs, and collaborate with internal teams to meet production needs. Mandarin proficiency is mandatory for technical documentation and daily communications.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in purchasing or procurement, ideally in manufacturing, transport or logistics.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving to address supply chain issues.
• Excellent organisational and time management to handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.
• Team player with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify reliable suppliers to meet material and service needs.
• Negotiate favourable terms to optimise costs and ensure timely deliveries.
• Process purchase orders and monitor procurement activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all purchases.
