The role is full-time and requires proven leadership to manage the production team, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement. The successful candidate will liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, analyse production data, and work cross-functionally with planning, maintenance and quality

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory production role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality and safety.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
• Monitor processes, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and procedures.
• Provide training and support to staff, fostering teamwork.
• Analyze data trends to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with planning, maintenance and quality teams.
• Assist in developing production plans, schedules and strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities.
