Job summary

Crascentia Property Management Sdn Bhd in Forest City, Johor, is seeking a customer service/property management professional. You will collect maintenance fees, answer owner inquiries and coordinate with contractors to rectify defects.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining management files, coordinating inspections, ensuring smooth handovers, and reporting incidents to the Project Manager. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and Mandarin proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM/diploma or degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 year in customer service/property management/real estate.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Must be proficient in Mandarin for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Collect maintenance fees and handle owner inquiries/complaints.
• Report and coordinate with contractors on defects rectification.
• Create, update and maintain management files.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, contractors and maintenance team on inspections.
• Ensure smooth handover of properties and provide effective solutions.
• Report incidents to Project Manager/management and maintain owner relationships.
• Assist in organizing community activities and publicity work.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by the PM/Company.
