Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; relevant customer service experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in Mandarin (C1).
• Basic English (B1).
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Johor.
• Willing to work according to the assigned working schedule, including rotational shifts where required.
