Job summary

WEBQLO in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Account Executive to oversee client servicing and coordinate multiple digital marketing projects. You will be the main contact for day-to-day client communication and ensure assets and campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with briefs, objectives and KPIs.

You will assist in executing campaigns across social platforms, track milestones, and provide updates to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing clients in digital marketing or advertising.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus for client communications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day client communication.
• Manage and follow up on multiple digital marketing projects with internal teams
• Coordinate with creative, performance, and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns
• Ensure all campaign elements align with the client's brand, brief, objectives, and KPIs
• Assist in executing and overseeing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms
• Track project milestones and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate campaign deliverables including content calendars, reports, and ad material.
• Work with the performance team to measure and report campaign results (ROI, reach, engagement, etc.)
• Support in identifying optimization opportunities based on data insights
• Prepare post-campaign analysis decks or reports for client presentations
• Research industry trends and competitor activities to support campaign planning
• Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for creative marketing strategies
