Responsibilities

• Social Media Account & Campaign Management: Support day-to-day management of Xiaohongshu accounts and marketing campaigns; coordinate content calendars and deliverables; coordinate with content creators on posts and visuals; review drafts for client approval; track basic performance metrics.
• Project Management & Internal Coordination: Maintain project timelines and trackers; coordinate with content creators, KOL coordinators, and account management; follow up on briefs and approvals; escalate delays or quality issues; prepare English follow-up emails and project updates; consolidate client feedback for internal teams.

About the Role

We are an integrated marketing agency specialising in cross-border marketing, Xiaohongshu (RED), social media management, influencer marketing, and creative campaigns.

We are expanding our operations team in Ipoh and are looking for a proactive and organised Account Executive (Social Media) to coordinate social media projects, manage daily campaign deliverables, and support client servicing for Singapore and regional clients.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of working experience who are interested in social media marketing, project management, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Account & Campaign Management

Support the day-to-day management of clients' Xiaohongshu (RED) accounts and marketing campaigns.

Coordinate content calendars, publishing schedules, and campaign deliverables.

Work with content creators on social media posts, captions, and visuals based on client briefs.

Review content drafts for completeness and consistency before submitting them for client approval.

Track basic performance indicators such as views, engagement, and follower growth, and assist with performance reports.

2. Project Management & Internal Coordination

Maintain project timelines, deliverable trackers, and task assignments.

Coordinate with content creators, KOL coordinators, and the account management team.

Follow up on campaign briefs, content revisions, client approvals, and outstanding deliverables.

Identify delays or quality issues and elevate them to the Account Manager.

Support daily communication with Singapore and regional clients.

Prepare professional English follow-up emails, meeting notes, and project updates.

Consolidate client feedback and communicate requirements accurately to the internal team.
