Aufgaben

• Manage foreign worker quota applications and government-related matters.
• Process work permits, visa applications, renewals, and immigration documentation.
• Coordinate FOMEMA medical examinations and related compliance requirements.
• Liaise with government authorities such as the Immigration Department, JTK, and other relevant agencies.
• Maintain foreign worker records, passports, and work permit documentation.
• Coordinate foreign worker arrivals, accommodation, and repatriation arrangements.
• Handle all related employee problems and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Procure office stationery, office supplies, and daily operational consumables.
• Monitor office supply inventory and replenish stock when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
