Job summary

Newtons Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking an Intern to join a dynamic startup focused on Smart POS systems, AI, IOT, and related technologies. You will gain hands-on experience, work closely with a small, supportive team, and contribute to content and research related to food, dining, and restaurants.

The role emphasizes Mandarin literacy, organization, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment with real startup exposure.

Qualifications

• Able to read and write Mandarin (must-have)
• Organized, responsible, and eager to learn
• Can work independently but also enjoy working with a team
• Able to start internship period for October batch (3 months or 6 months internship duration are preferred)
• Interest in food, dining, or restaurant-related content
• Previous internship, school project, or relevant experience
• Real hands-on startup experience
• Learn fast and take ownership early
• Work closely with a small, supportive team

Responsibilities

• Help out with day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects
• Read, write, and review content in Mandarin
• Assist with research related to food, dining, or restaurants
• Support the team with basic documentation, reports, or content prep
• Jump in wherever help is needed
