Qualifications

• Proficient in written English and Mandarin.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Food/Product Development: help develop new food products and analyze ingredients.
• Project Management: assist in project planning with the managing director.
• Specification Establishment: draft specifications for raw materials, processes, and end products.
• Problem-Solving: address product quality and processing challenges.
• Documents: maintain accurate records for product development and safety.
