Teleperformance Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Success Specialist (Mandarin-Speaking) to provide excellent service and support to Mandarin-speaking customers. You will resolve inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Mandarin proficiency in spoken and written Chinese.
Experience in customer service, call centre, or customer support is an advantage.
Good verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English.
Ability to document interactions accurately in CRM.
Comfortable using computer systems and standard office apps.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat professionally.
Provide accurate information about products and services to Mandarin-speaking customers.
Resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
Follow company procedures, policies and quality standards.
Work toward customer satisfaction, response time, and first-contact resolution targets.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to support customers.
Identify recurring concerns and share feedback for service improvements.
Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
