Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and compiling export and shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate and complete shipment records.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production for shipment arrangements.
• Ensure packaging and labeling comply with requirements.
• Track shipment progress and confirm delivery status.
• Assist in applying export permits, licenses, and tax exemption documents.
• Liaise with government authorities during export inspections when required.
• Communicate with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up.
• Manage customer platforms to confirm orders and upload documents.
• Participate in training and on-the-job learning.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
