Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Executive Assistant to support the CEO in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The role requires proactive, independent work, calendar and travel management, and meticulous handling of confidential correspondence.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years as a PA/EA for C-suite or senior leadership, with excellent English and Mandarin communication and a professional, discreet demeanor for high‑level engagements.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven personal/Executive Assistant experience to C‑suite executives or senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin communication.
• Highly intuitive, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Confidentiality, discretion and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Own CEO calendar, travel management, and briefing notes.
• Manage emails, memos and official correspondence with confidentiality.
• Plan executive meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for decision-making.
• Coordinate cross‑department projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Handle daily administrative tasks with initiative and ownership.
