Job summary

Lexis Hotels & Resorts Sdn Bhd is seeking a candidate to handle venue blocking for meetings, meals and activities, and to receive handover of confirmed events from Sales Office. You will reconfirm arrangements with organizers and prepare weekly reports.

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, with Mandarin proficiency a plus, are required for client communications. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work extra

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma or other relevant qualification(s) required.
• Excellent written and verbal English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Working experience and additional languages are an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work extra hours and cross-department duties.
