Jora Malaysia is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (Mandarin-speaking) to join our team in Johor. You will respond to inquiries via email, live chat and phone, delivering friendly service and accurate information. Fresh graduates welcomed.

Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required. You will handle multiple tasks, stay composed under pressure, and work on rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays. Based in Johor or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities
