Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone and digital channels.
• Provide accurate information and suitable solutions.
• Assist customers with account, product and service enquiries.
• Follow up on customer requests and unresolved cases.
• Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet service quality, customer satisfaction and performance targets.
