WERENT TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service & Collections Executive to support customers and retail operations in Malaysia.

The role will be based between our office and retail outlet, handling customer communication, payment follow-ups, service coordination and daily operational support. You will communicate via WhatsApp and phone, explain rental plans, payment schedules, and documents, follow up on applications and overdue accounts, and coordinate with internal

Qualifikationen

• Mandarin-speaking ability is essential and professional communication in English or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, collections, retail operations or call-centre work is preferred.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and customer management systems.
• High attention to detail and ability to keep records accurate and confidential.
• Willingness to work at both office and retail outlet as required.

• Communicate with customers via WhatsApp and phone, delivering clear information.
• Explain rental plans, payment schedules and required documents.
• Follow up on applications, approvals, deposits, deliveries and issues.
• Contact customers about upcoming payments and overdue accounts professionally.
• Record conversations, promises and collection outcomes accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints.
• Work with retail outlets, delivery and recovery teams to support operations.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
• Maintain customer privacy and escalate high-risk cases as needed.
