Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-6 years experience as Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Hands-on experience managing core functions: technical, quantity surveying, or site operations.
• Led and delivered at least one full project cycle from start to completion.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking with risk awareness to resolve on-site challenges.
• Proficiency in cost control, schedule management, quality assurance, and compliance with Malaysian regulations.
• Languages: Bahasa Melayu, English, Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
