Job summary

CCIE ENGINEERING (M) SDN. BHD. seeks a proactive Project Management Executive to lead production and contract fulfillment for domestic projects. You will ensure timely delivery, adherence to scope, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

The role requires coordinating kickoff, team setup, scheduling, and client satisfaction processes while maintaining strong on-site leadership and policy enforcement across teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead project kick-off activities, prepare Project Charter and coordinate planning sessions.
• Support project team setup, including site office selection and personnel arrangement.
• Manage project opening and closing processes and client satisfaction surveys.
• Act as main point of contact to resolve on-site production and coordination issues.
• Assist in formulating and revising schedule management policies and training.
• Oversee the project scheduling system, milestones, approvals and performance assessments.
• Analyze progress reports and issue early warnings for delays.
• Prepare monthly timeline performance reports and manage delay documentation.
• Maintain a centralised complaint log for schedule-related issues and resolutions.
