Responsibilities

• Support advertisers worldwide via calls, chat, email, and callbacks.
• Understand customer inquiries and route to appropriate channel; ensure they are answered.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure they are tracked and escalated as required.
• Follow documented call flows, processes, data entry requirements, and complaint management procedures.
• Ensure all SLAs are met and provide professional customer service.
