Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Mandarin Customer Service Executive to join our global team in Kuala Lumpur. You will engage with customers via email, chat and phone to deliver high-quality service in Mandarin and English.

Work locations include KL Sentral, Subang Jaya, and Cyber Jaya. The role offers 5 working days per week, 9 hours per day, with a competitive salary package and language incentives based on performance, education, and experience.

Qualifications

• Min. SPM pass or above; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong Chinese and English communication and writing skills.
• Experience in customer service or call center is a plus.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Good problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email, chat and phone.
• Assist customers with orders, cancellations, refunds and general inquiries.
• Accurately record, follow up and resolve cases.
• Adhere to company workflows, systems and SLA requirements.
• Provide professional and timely resolutions to customers.
