Log In Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Client Operations & Admin Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to join our busy team in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle client coordination, billing, reporting and documentation while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

The role suits proactive, detail-oriented individuals with a diploma or degree and fluency in Mandarin plus English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates with excellent communication are welcome to apply; training and development opportunities

Competenze

Diploma or degree in any field.
Fluent in Mandarin with good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.
Experience in customer service, client coordination, administration or operations is an advantage.
Confident in communicating with clients and handling professional correspondence.
Organised, responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply!

Mansioni

Client Coordination: Communicate with clients, follow up on requests and maintain good working relationships.
Billing & Payments: Prepare invoices, quotations, credit notes and track payments.
Reporting: Update CDR/CMR records, commission details and monthly sales reports.
Documentation: Manage client records, correspondence and filing.
Daily Operations: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely follow-ups.
