Job summary

OPTIMUM INFOSOLUTIONS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Client Acquisition Executive to convert new leads into active corporate customers. This on-site role at Bandar Utama, PJ requires strong communication, sales drive and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities include contacting new leads, understanding client needs, onboarding customers, and achieving sales activation targets while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. One-year contract.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, business development or customer onboarding.
• Good communication and customer relationship skills.
• Comfortable with follow-ups and sales targets.
• Able to manage multiple customers and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with new business leads.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable services.
• Explain for Business features and benefits.
• Assist customers with account registration and onboarding.
• Follow up with customers to encourage their first transaction.
• Update customer information and progress in the system.
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Achieve assigned sales and customer activation targets.
