Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related discipline is required.
• 5–7 years in hotel/resort operations; senior management preferred.
• Experience in pre-opening, setup, or new property launches is advantageous.
• Mandarin proficiency required for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and guests.
• Hands-on experience with Opera PMS is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-opening preparation and operational readiness for all departments.
• Develop, implement, and standardize SOPs and service standards across departments.
• Coordinate setup of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Engineering.
• Establish workflows, reporting systems, and performance indicators; monitor operations post-opening.
• Lead cross-functional teams, recruit and develop staff, and manage performance.
