Job summary

Qualifications

Qualification in accounting, finance or related field such as AAT or LCCI.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork.
Experience in accounting or finance preferred.
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin).

Responsibilities

Processing and recording financial transactions in the accounting system.
Preparing and reconciling bank statements and ledger accounts.
Assisting with the preparation of invoices, purchase orders and payment documentation.
Maintaining and organising financial records and supporting documentation.
Supporting the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Assisting with general ledger reconciliations and month-end closing procedures.
Responding to queries related to invoices and payments from internal and external stakeholders.
Providing administrative support to the accounting team as required.
