Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processing and recording financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and expense claims.
• Maintaining and updating accounting records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Preparing financial documents and reports under supervision of senior staff.
• Assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Reconciling bank statements and identifying discrepancies.
• Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Filing and organising financial documents per company procedures.
• Performing general administrative duties including data entry, correspondence, and scheduling.
• Assisting with payroll administration and related tasks.
• Liaising with internal departments and external parties regarding financial matters.
