Qualifications

• Native-level Mandarin and English communication.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process client requests via live chat, phone, and email while ensuring accuracy.
• Escalate issues to specialists using Salesforce or Jira.
• Update clients on their request status.
• Verify documents submitted by clients within regions hourly.
• Prepare and interpret reports and documentation with accuracy.
• Understand company functions by attending seminars and meeting assessment targets.
• Achieve quarterly KPI targets set by CS manager.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
