Qualifications

• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc, MA, MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of working experience in post‑production industry (subtitle & dubbing).

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the activities of all employees.
• Delegate duties among employees and allocate proper resources to the team.
• Provide guidance and leadership for employees and support employee developmental programs.
• Implement company policies and make key decisions within the office.
• Maintain budgets and monitor costs against budget.
• Research and analyze industry, market, and competitors to make informed strategy decisions.
• Take initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities, reduce operational threats, and forestall business risks.
• Responsible to identify and grow local business in Malaysia.
• Identify core competencies, maximize core strengths, and define operational goals.
• Represent the client to major and potential clients and maintain relationships.
• Work with all staff in Malaysia office to foster collaboration.
• Report project status clearly to cross-border teams and management.
• Liaison with management to ensure company efforts are in alignment.
