Job summary

RE:SET MEDIA SDN BHD in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Producer to lead projects from pre-production through final delivery. You will manage budgets, schedules and timelines, liaise with clients, crew, talent and vendors, source crew, talent, locations and equipment.

You will coordinate shoot logistics, prepare call sheets and production documents, and oversee post-production, client feedback and final deliverables to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant production experience preferred
• Experience in film, advertising, branded content or related fields
• Good understanding of the full production process, from pre-production to final delivery
• Strong organisational, communication and project management skills
• Confident managing budgets, schedules and production logistics
• Resourceful and able to solve problems on the go
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus

We’re looking for a Producer to join our team and manage projects from pre-production through to final delivery.
