10+ years of working experience in post‑production industry (subtitle & dubbing).
Responsibilities
Direct and supervise the activities of all employees.
Delegate duties among employees and allocate proper resources to the team.
Provide guidance and leadership for employees and support employee developmental programs.
Implement company policies and make key decisions within the office.
Maintain budgets and monitor costs against budget.
Research and analyze industry, market, and competitors to make informed strategy decisions.
Take initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities, reduce operational threats, and forestall business risks.
Responsible to identify and grow local business in Malaysia.
Identify core competencies, maximize core strengths, and define operational goals.
Represent the client to major and potential clients and maintain relationships.
Work with all staff in Malaysia office to foster collaboration.
Report project status clearly to cross-border teams and management.
Liaison with management to ensure company efforts are in alignment.
