Job summary

Sime Darby Holdings Berhad in Malaysia seeks a Manager, Workday Specialist to lead end-to-end Workday implementations across multiple modules, including Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Time Tracking, and Compensation. • Minimum 3–5 years Workday implementation experience, preferably with an implementation partner.
• Experience across Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Compensation, Time Tracking, Expenses.

• Agile with the ability to adapt to constant change through innovation.
• Regional project experience with multi-country and multi-language rollout.
