Job summary

This role will participate in the planning, delivery, and support of technology solutions while collaborating with multiple stakeholders in Finance and Technology.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of Workday configuration experience and strong problem-solving skills, facilitating a consultative approach with business stakeholders to enhance service delivery and streamline processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in configuring Workday to business requirements.
• Ability to facilitate and gather business requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and planning capability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement requirements in Workday Core HCM.
• Serve as a consultative partner with the P&C function.
• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify P&C processes.
