Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Limited in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of human resources functions, partnering with local leadership to drive people strategies and ensure HR compliance as the business grows.

You will oversee HR business partnering, employee relations, talent management, and HR operations—handling onboarding, transfers, exits, and policy development. A strong emphasis on Malaysia labor laws and a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 8–10 years of HR experience in MNC.
• Preference for HR Business Partnering background.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia labor laws and HR compliance.
• Experience in employee relations and operational HR matters.
• Experience in fast-paced or growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
